Hi Harzvieh,

thanks very much, your idea about looking on the German forum and downgrading Kaffeine worked a treat!.

I downgraded Kaffeine to version 8.07 and had no problem after that.

Du bist mein Held, danke dir.

da ich englander bin, muesse ich mich nicht viel muehe geben!. :D

as I am an Englishman I don't really have to try too hard! but thank you for the compliment anyway. Your English isn't that bad either, especially as you are giving people technical help in a foreign language and I take my hat off to you sir!.

man.. I have the feeling it is too perfect for native german.. want asking you how did you learn so well.. :P
well.. my English is just from books, TV and internet, I actually don't speak.. I mean I speak in my head, by
writing, but I have never spoken to any one in person.. and as we here on TV cards issues, for all
you CLI magic performers, if you wanna challenge: you can watch channels you not supposed to.. just use
your magic.. some clues are on the website of this player..

I was (many years ago) over in Germany with BAOR and just fell in love with the country and have lived in Bavaria for 25 years now. Having lived and worked with native German speakers I found it easy to learn the spoken language but wow! doesn't German grammar suck!.

I think we had better exchange email addresses as the mods will get annoyed at us having a private chat on their forum page meant for information and not idle banter.

Have a great day. :D

For that we have PM button, it shows only if you logged in under my nickname,
and photo or avatar.. then under "Board index.." you have "User Control Panel" and if you
have any messages it will show the number in (). You can configure the functions so it will notify you with
an e-mail if someone has "pm" you.. :|

Hi HarzVieh,

I took your advice and edited the post like you said, deleting the email address was a good idea as I never even thought about spammers.

Thanks and have a good evening. :D
