1. Does PCLOS Gnome have a "full developed" repo for added packages like PCLOS KDE?
2. If it does, is Synaptic automatically configured to download from this repo?

There is no pCLOS Gnome repo... We, like most other PCLOS flavors, use the official PCLOS (i.e. the KDE one) repositories. So whether you use KDE or Gnome you will still see the same thing when you open Synatpic.
If you could be a bit more specific ... about the title of this thread ?

Yes, it does but this is another story. There has to be an announcement on their forums about that, if you are curious to know the story...
