(Solved) MyLiveCd isn't numeric in division

Postby Davidsr » Sat Aug 27, 2011 9:56 am

Hi from a old timer and yet still trying to use Linux. Regarding PCLinuxos mylivecd, I have cleared via BleachBit & Bleachbit-Root and then received this-isn't numeric in division (/) at /usr/sbin/mylivecd line 244--so to me it appears I am trying to make a cd/dvd that the sda1 hasn't enough size to handle. So my question to you-If I am correct about this, could you please provide me the coding to sent the mylivecd .iso to my other HDD sda2, where I have 80% of this HDD not used. Thank you.

Code: Select all
mylivecd /path_to_sda2/isoname.iso

if you want temp files to be created on other disk use --tmp args

Welcome :)

:D Thank you, after trying several codes, I found the best and only solution to my problem was just using the following;
mylivecd august31stiso.iso
and let the application itself do everything. But again thank you for your posting.
