Microsoft SilverLight 4 Linux

Postby stephen46710 » Mon Jul 20, 2009 10:59 am

Hi everyone,

anyone know if there is a SilverLight equivalent for Linux, I was just wondering as I tried a site earlier but cannot get it to work because the media only runs with MS SilverLight.

http://www.viewtv.co.uk/ (if anyone is interested, TV progs online)

Thanks chaps.

Thanks Topken,

you don't happen to know exactly where I can download it with having to compile, a nice all-in-one RPM would be nice.

I am not very good at CLI and just want to install it without hassle.

Maybe I should put in a package request.

Thanks again.

The Linux version of Moonlight is 1.0.1 and that site is using Moonlight 2.0 so no it won't work in Linux at this time.
