shut down troubles ...

Postby mchasard » Tue Mar 17, 2009 1:47 am

hi
happy to use gnome pclos with first generation of eeepc (701) with a sdhc ...all is fine for the moment except when i shut down the system , even the process ended , it seems that eeepc is allways on ...is there a way to shut down entirely eeepc ? (like i can do with eeepclinuxos)

Thanks in advance ...

I had this sometimes too in the past  have not enabled ACPI by installation process..
check if it is enabled in PCC in systemstart boot options.
